About Us

Overland Oil & Gas is a Denver, Colorado based oil and gas acquisition company and part of the Overland Companies (www.overlandcompanies.com). Overland operates across the oil and gas value chain with a strict focus on capital preservation at the time of investment with multiple-driven returns on exit. We accomplish this by limiting the scope of our opportunities to those where we feel we have an asymmetric understanding, or other qualitative or quantitative advantages. Overland Oil & Gas is at its heart guided by an entrepreneurial spirit combined with deep experience in organic acquisitions and optimizing returns on exit.

Overland Oil & Gas invests in multiple verticals with special attention to:

  • High quality producing and non-producing mineral rights and royalty interests
  • Non-operated working interests through “Drill-Co” or other structures.

Overland’s principals have extensive experience with a particular focus on acquisitions, dispositions, land/title, geosciences, law and private equity.
