Overland Oil & Gas is a Denver, Colorado - based oil and gas acquisition company. Overland operates across the oil and gas value chain with a strict focus on pursuing opportunities that provide capital appreciation or strong yield driven returns on a risk adjusted basis. We limit our scope to opportunities where we feel we have asymmetric understanding or some other quantitative or qualitative advantage.

Overland invests in multiple verticals with special attention to:

  • High quality producing and non-producing mineral rights and royalty interests
  • Non-operated working interests through “Drill-Co” or other structures.

Overland’s entrepreneurial principals collectively possess 40+ years of diverse oil and gas experience with a special focus on acquisitions, dispositions, land/title, geosciences and private equity.
